How long does setup take?+
Our optional $499 Done-for-you setup builds your whole account and personalises your app for you. Please allow 24-48 hours for the team to complete this.
Do my clients need to download an app?+
Yes. A free, fully branded client app (your logo and colours) so they can follow their plan, track progress and message you between visits.
How does the free month work?+
Enter your welcome code at sign-up and your first month is on us. You will receive full access to every feature. Cancel anytime before it ends and you pay nothing. If you would like our team to set up your platform for you, please contact support@servicecue.com.
Does it work with my booking system?+
Service Cue works alongside the booking system you already use. We are fully integrated with Square, with more integration partnerships on the way.
Is my clients' data private and secure?+
Yes. Data is encrypted and stored on Australian servers. Service Cue is built to meet the Australian Privacy Act, and as a closed ecosystem your client data stays inside your clinic's account.
Are you compliant with the Australian Privacy Act & TGA?+
We have audited Service Cue against the Australian Privacy Act and TGA requirements. As a closed ecosystem we control how clinical information moves. Formal international certifications are on our roadmap.
Where is my data stored?+
Your data is hosted in Australia and access is tightly controlled.
Is the branded app really included?+
Yes. All subscriptions include app customisation. Simply provide your brand colours and logo and update via the Business Dashboard.
When do I start paying?+
Your first month is free with your welcome code. After that it's $39, $99 or $249/mo depending on your plan — no lock-in, cancel anytime.
Can I cancel anytime?+
